Home Rentals and Licensing Information

The Town of Capitol has a Rental License Program. Property owners within the Town must obtain a Rental License in addition to the Prince George's County Rental License if they rent their property. This was passed by Town Resolution 2007-06. This Resolutions amends Chapter X of the Town Of Capitol Heights Code of Ordinance - Business and Trade.
